講者簡介：
A recipient of the Taiwan Fellowship 2025, Dr. Lau holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and Madani Studies at the International Islamic University Malaysia. His research interests include Malaysian politics, elections, and Hong Kong politics, and he is currently venturing into Taiwanese politics, with recall elections as his initial area of study. He was also a SUSI Scholar in 2019, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. In addition to his academic work, he is frequently sought after by both Malaysian and international media for his insights and analyses on political developments.
